Shipping

 

What shipping method do you use?

-Your order will be shipped either FedEx or USPS Priority, depending on the destination of your items. Our shipping team will decide the best method!

 

How much does shipping cost?

-For orders being shipped within the United States:

Order totals up to $50 will cost $15 for shipping.

Order totals between $50 - $100 will cost $20 for shipping.

Order totals between $100 - $250 will cost $30 for shipping.

Order totals between $250 - $500 will cost $50 for shipping.

Order totals between $500 - $1,000 will cost $75 for shipping.

Order totals over $1,000 will cost $100 for shipping.

*At this time, we are only able to ship within the United States. We apologize for any inconvenience.

 

How will I know when my order has shipped?

-A shipping notification will be emailed to you once your order has shipped. This notification will include the ship date and your tracking number so you can electronically follow your package to its final destination!

 

How long will it take to receive my order?

-We ask that you allow up to 5 days for us to process your order. If your order is being shipped within the United States, please allow 5-10 days for mailing time. All orders are shipped Monday – Friday.

 

What if something arrives damaged?

-In the unlikely event an item is damaged during shipping, please save all the shipping materials and contact our Customer Service Department. A representative will provide you with instructions regarding a replacement or refund for the damaged item.

 

What if I need to return or exchange something?

-Returns and exchanges are gladly accepted within 60 days of the purchase date! Please include your order number and reason for return with the item(s), then mail it to:

Once we receive your package, please allow 5 business days for processing. If the requested exchange is unavailable, we will contact you with an alternative option.

 

Some notes about returns and exchanges:

  • Pre-packaged items and collectibles must be returned in their original packaging.
  • Items must be in "new" condition.
  • For refunds, your refund will not include the initial shipping cost or the return shipping cost.
  • For exchanges, you are responsible to pay the shipping cost to return the item(s) and for the exchange shipping fee.
